Adult Ballet & Tap Class - Ages 22 and up
Adult Ballet and Tap class which will alternate styles each week. Class will work on ballet styles with a contemporary flair one week and then switch to Basic Tap skills the next. Fast passed and lots of fun! Class length is 60 minutes.
Conditioning - All levels; ages 8 and up
New This Year ~ Conditioning will incorporate the use of stretch bands and workout ball to tone and strength your body. Conditioning class is a great add-on to any style of class! Conditioning will work on barre, core, pilates and strength building to enhance any dancer's skills!
